My husband and I, both are from Taiwan, live in a 2680 sqft house with a cat. The house is on Highland Rd. at Bluebonnet. Nice and safe neighborhood.
There's a guest room for rent with a queen size bed, a desk, bookshelf and walk-in closet, as well as one full-size bathroom.
Kitchen and laundry room is open to use.
Single male or female. Utility includes. No need for contract.
